Self-Care Yoga | Move, Breathe, and Feel

Self-Care Yoga

As we move through today’s practice, I want to take a moment to honor how important it is to care for yourself—both physically and emotionally. Our bodies hold so much for us. They carry our stress, our stories, our responsibilities, and they also hold our joy. When you move with intention, breathe with purpose, and create even a few moments of stillness, you offer your body the care it so quietly asks for.

And as we enter the holiday season, I want to acknowledge something real. For some, this time of year feels full—family, connection, celebration. And for others, the holidays can bring up loneliness, heaviness, or grief. There’s no right way to feel, and you don’t have to match the energy around you.

Wherever you are today—whether you’re feeling joy, exhaustion, grief, or something in between—this practice is a space for you. A space to soften, to breathe, to reconnect, and to take gentle care of yourself in whatever way you need.

So as you flow, let this be an act of compassion toward yourself. Let this be a reminder that your emotional landscape matters just as much as your physical body. You deserve care on all levels.
