The Voice4Equity Policy Leadership Academy empowers educational leaders to transform policy into meaningful and durable change. Led by experienced superintendents and grounded in the Culturally Responsive Policy Ecosystem™ framework, our academies combine rigorous learning with practical application, allowing leaders to immediately apply their insights to real-world challenges. Our program equips leaders with the strategies and support to move from policy development to sustained, equitable outcomes for all students.

Voice4Equity Policy Leadership Academy for Women Leaders in Public Education

Voice4Equity’s Policy Leadership Academy offers multiple program offerings for women interested in advancing their knowledge and skills related to educational leadership.

We remain engaged with the women in the Academy through capacity-building support and training focused on policy leadership and equity policy planning. To this end, we utilize the Culturally Responsive Policy Ecosystem™.

Current and aspiring superintendents must become critical policy leaders engaged in the development of policy leadership skills of Cabinet and Principal teams. Furthermore, they must maintain this leadership across diverse policy ecosystems in order to ensure equity of access to quality education for all students.

Voice4Equity’s five-session hybrid learning program is targeted to school superintendents and aspiring superintendents at the cabinet level who seek to further develop their policy knowledge and unique voice. Each of the five sessions lasts for two-hours long; sessions are engaging and interactive.

  • A cross-national network
