Learning pathways for leaders
Voice4Equity's programs and online courses support leaders in their journey.

Program 01
The Policy Leadership Academy
The Policy Leadership Academy (PLA) is an asynchronous learning hub designed for leaders in mission-centered organizations and companies. A series of micro learning modules focus on leadership topics that embed matters of policy, responsiveness to constituents, and high value leadership skills. The micro course design allows you to complete modules at your own pace and in smaller learning units so that you can reflect and apply learning, rather than be overwhelmed with too much content at once. This approach will better equip you to be intentional in every aspect of your work. All of the courses include an area for you to answer and ask questions related to the content, which allows the facilitator to respond to you. Participants build the skills, mindsets, and strategies to start changing conditions toward empowerment for all.
- Learn and apply the Culturally Responsive Policy Ecosystem (CRPE) framework in your own context
- Develop narrative skills to lead policy conversations from your leadership seat
- Examine how your leadership story and mindset informs leading in your own voice
- Practice equity-based decision-making by working through policy conflicts and contradictions
- Develop a leadership action plan grounded in constituent empowerment
