Join leading women superintendents for a discussion about the superintendent search process and how to make it more equitable for women

Join Dr. Kishimoto for a provocative panel discussion with leading women superintendents on the “History of Women of Color in the Top Seat: Data, Policy and Bias.”

Participate in an no-holds-barred discussion about the superintendent experience within the search and selection process will be discussed. Four superintendents from across the country will share their policy voice perspectives and discuss the opportunities ahead to change the trajectory and create more representative leadership in the top seat.
