Dr. Kishimoto will be collaborating and leading a timely discussion on the woman superintendent experience on Friday June 23, 2022 at the Nevada Urban Leadership Institute, hosted by the Nevada Administrators & Superintendents of Color and Community Partners Coalition and Clark County School District.

The Nevada African American Administrators and Superintendents Association (NVAAASA) and the Clark County School District are collaborating with our colleagues and kicking off a partnership with an equity conference on September 22 -24 at the Westin, Lake Las Vegas Spa and Resort. The theme “Building the Urban Leader for now and beyond” will bring leading organizations together to advocate for the growth and advancement of all leaders and foster a commitment to improving learning outcomes for all learners.

Dr. Kishimoto will be leading a session on the woman superintendent experience on Friday, September 23, 2022. Don’t miss this inspirational discussion that considers the critical reasons why more women should be in the chief executive seat, and how to overcome historical challenges and biases to make it happen!
