WOMEN SUPERINTENDENTS POLICY LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

Note: The 2021-22 Academy is now full and closed. The Fall 2022 application will re-open in March, 2022.

The mission of the Women Superintendents Policy Leadership Academy (WSPLA) is to support women at the Superintendent and Cabinet levels to develop their equity policy knowledge so that they are empowered to lead boldly to disrupt systemic bias and improve education access for all students, particularly those historically marginalized. This program is a 5 session, one-semester program offered in Fall and the Spring.
