Women Superintendents’ Policy Leadership Academy Information

The Women Superintendents’ Policy Leadership Academy

Voice4Equity provides a five-session hybrid learning program targeted to school superintendents, assistant superintendents, and aspiring superintendents.  The academy is designed to strengthen policy leadership expertise and impact at the local and state level.

The Policy Leadership Academy supports women leaders with a cross-national network, promoting the sharing of strategies, solutions, and ideas. The program is grounded on the Voice4Equity Culturally Responsive Policy Ecosystem™ curriculum to engage participants in discussions around the current challenges and opportunities that they face in delivering an equity agenda that fully meets the learning needs of all students, particularly historically marginalized students in our nation.
