When Women Lead

This session is a no-holds-barred conversation by women leaders to discuss what it means to be a woman Superintendent and leader today. With doors closed and honest dialogue, together participants will create deep connections that will last for years. We are strong women leaders that support one another to put more women and women of color into leadership roles, combat disempowering bias, and to model excellence for our nation’s children and youth. Join our session to get to know new women leaders and share our pathway to success. This is a highly engaging, high energy equity policy focused session designed around table-top questions and dialogue to help you reflect on how you are using your voice and positional power for anti-bias work.
