The holidays are about spending time with loved ones and gift-giving in whatever shape that takes! But have you thought about the gift you can give to yourself? Probably not. How about some peace and calm?
The holiday season is a perfect time to incorporate yoga into your wellness routine. While enjoying time with family, shopping for gifts, and preparing meals, it can be easy to forget to slow down and take time for yourself. Because yoga incorporates meditation, deep breathing, and stretching, it is a great way to help reduce stress and evoke a sense of calm.
Join me for a 25-minute practice that will do just that. I will guide you through a gentle stretch that will get into those places you may be holding tension while connecting to your breath. You will leave asking yourself, why don’t I do this more often?
Grab your mat or beach towel, a couple of blocks if you have them, no worries if you don’t, and come stretch and breathe with me!
